1- Courts fees:

Prior to 2020, courts fees used to be listed in a 15 pages table that shows fees against demanded amounts or values. Therefore, in 2012, Al Boainain Legal Services presented this online calculation of Court Litigation Fees to help our visitors to see what fee will be applied for their case. It works for demanded values of BD. 5000 up to BD. 1,000,000,000,000 (One Trillion). In our calculation page, we have also provided a link to the ministry calculation page (Arabic).

2- Authentication

Document authenticated outside Bahrain need to be authenticated again by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain, which usually costs BD. 50 for each.

If any document is in language other than Arabic, it must be translated English to Arabic by an authorized translator, which is officially recognized by courts. Hence, if original non-Arabic document is not in English, it should be officially translated to English and authenticated before sending it.

Such expenses occur prior to, throw and during litigation proceedings. These are expected to be about BD. 200
